Track Your Order

Where is my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in the USA.

Tracking your shipment

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email from La Mer Crème.
  • Click the carrier link in the email to see real-time tracking updates.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to activate in the carrier’s system.

Tracking not moving?

Carriers occasionally take longer to scan packages in transit. If your tracking shows no movement for 4 or more days, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier right away.
