How to verify your product
- Check the batch code printed on the base of the jar or the carton
- Genuine Crème de la Mer has a dense, balm-like texture that warms and melts between the fingertips
- Packaging is heavy, cleanly printed, and free of typos or colour shifts
- The signature sea-kelp scent is clean and subtle, never sharp or chemical
14-day returns

Making an authenticity claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging (including the batch code), and a short description of the issue. We review every claim within 24 hours on business days and will arrange a refund, replacement, or return label as appropriate. An authenticity claim is not limited to the 14-day returns window.
